Cut-and-Print Workflow

Two PNG files are included to help accurately position and print the laser-cut pieces:

1. Outline Jig Print File
Print this file onto your printer bed or jig surface first. The outlines show exactly where each laser-cut piece should be positioned.

2. Full-Color Print File
Place the laser-cut pieces inside the printed outlines, then print the full-color PNG to apply the artwork directly to the pieces.

This two-step process helps keep every component aligned while reducing painting time and making repeat production faster and more consistent.

File Compatibility

The laser-cut files are designed for use with popular laser software and machines, including:

• LightBurn
• xTool Creative Space
• Glowforge
• Other software that accepts SVG, AI, or DXF files

The PNG print files are intended for compatible flatbed and UV printers. Printer settings, software setup, and alignment procedures may vary by machine.
