Your price is locked in: You will continue to pay the exact same monthly rate you did on Patreon.

Your benefits stay the same: You’ll keep every single perk and design access you’ve grown used to.

The only thing changing is the "front door" you use to reach us. Instead of logging into Patreon, you’ll now log in right here on our website to access your account and your credits. It’s the same great membership, just in a much more convenient home!

Not yet! We have many wonderful annual members on Patreon, and we want to make sure everyone receives the full value of the membership they’ve already paid for.

While our long-term goal is to move everyone over to this new, improved membership area, we will be keeping Patreon active for the time being. We plan to phase it out very slowly to ensure a smooth, easy transition for everyone. We’ll be sure to give you plenty of notice and help before any final changes are made!

To ensure your "Unlimited" access and locked-in rate stay exactly the same, please follow these two steps:

• Step 1: Select your tier. Pick your membership level on this page to activate your new account.
• Step 2: Cancel on Patreon. Once your new account is active, remember to cancel your Patreon pledge so you aren't billed in two places.

Note: Because these are two entirely different platforms, there is unfortunately no way to automatically migrate your data between them. These manual steps are necessary to bridge the gap and keep your status active.

We use a passwordless login system to make things extra secure and easy for you. You don’t need to remember a password! To log in:

1. Click the person icon in the top right corner of the page.
2. Enter the email address you used when you joined.
3. Check your email for a 6-digit code sent from our shop.
4. Enter that code into the login box on our site.

You’re all set! This system ensures your account stays safe without the hassle of reset links or forgotten passwords. If you don't see the code in your inbox within a minute, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.

You can easily update your payment details directly through our website. To manage your billing information, follow these simple steps:

1. Click the person icon located in the top right corner of the page next to the shopping cart.
2. This will take you to a screen that shows your past orders. Look for the button labeled Profile.
3. Click the Profile button to open your account settings.
4. From there, you can update your billing address or put a new credit card on file.

Keeping this information current ensures your membership stays active and your credits continue to roll over without any interruptions.

You have total control over your membership status through your account dashboard. To make a change:

1. Click the person icon in the top right corner of the page next to the cart.
2. On the next screen, click the Profile button.
3. Look for the Manage Subscription button at the very top of the page.

From this menu, you can choose to pause your membership, upgrade or downgrade your tier, or cancel your subscription if needed. If you decide to cancel, please remember to use any remaining credits first. Your balance will reset to $0.00 once the membership ends, so we want to make sure you get all your designs before you go!

We use a straightforward credit system to give you total control over the designs you pick. Every month when your membership renews, we’ll add a specific dollar-amount credit to your account based on your membership tier.

Instead of a "one credit per file" rule, these credits work like a digital balance in our shop. You can browse our collection and use your credits to redeem any SVG you like, at any time. This system makes it easy to track exactly what you have to spend on the designs that fit your next project.

Redeeming your credits is easy, but it happens in a specific spot! To use your balance, look for the "SVG Credits" pop out tab on your screen.

Important: Instead of checking out through the standard Shopify cart, you must click this "SVG Credits" tab and select "Checkout" from within that menu.

Once you’re in that menu, you can choose exactly how many credits you’d like to use. You can apply your full balance to get your designs for free, or just use a partial amount.

Yes! We want you to craft at your own pace. As long as your membership remains active, your dollar-amount credits will roll over month after month. There is no rush to spend them. You can let your balance grow and save up for a big project or a special collection.

Just keep in mind that these credits are a benefit of your active membership. If you choose to cancel your subscription, any remaining balance will be reset to $0.00. We highly recommend "treating yourself" and redeeming all your credits for your favorite SVGs before your membership ends so you don't lose your balance!
