Where are coaching sessions held?
Sessions are held privately through Zoom. Your meeting link and appointment details will be provided after scheduling.
What happens after I purchase a session?
You will receive instructions for completing your intake form and scheduling your appointment. The intake form helps us understand your primary challenge and prepare for a focused conversation.
What should I submit before my appointment?
Depending on the session, we may ask for design files, website links, product listings, photographs, pricing information, or other relevant materials. Please submit requested information by the deadline included with your booking instructions.
Can I bring more than one problem to the session?
You may include additional questions, but each session should have one primary objective. We will address secondary questions if time allows. The Quick-Fix and Design Coaching sessions work best when the scope is narrow and clearly defined.
Does coaching include equipment repair or manufacturer support?
No. We can help you evaluate symptoms, settings, files, workflows, and likely causes based on the information available. We cannot perform physical repairs, replace manufacturer support, or guarantee that a hardware problem can be diagnosed during a coaching session.
Which design programs can Garrett help with?
Garrett primarily works with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, xTool Studio, and LightBurn. Please describe your software and design challenge in the intake form. If your request falls outside the programs or processes we support, we will let you know before the appointment.
Will my session be recorded?
Yes. You will receive a private recording so you can revisit the recommendations and take additional notes. Recording delivery may take up to 48 hours after the appointment.
Can my spouse, employee, or business partner attend?
Yes. One spouse, employee, or business partner from the same business may attend with you. Please tell us on the intake form who will be joining.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
You may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited because that time has been reserved specifically for you.
What happens if I am late?
Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, the appointment may be considered missed and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Are coaching purchases refundable?
Because coaching requires reserved calendar time and preparation, purchases are non-refundable once an appointment has been scheduled. Please contact us before scheduling if you are unsure which session is the best fit.
Do you guarantee a specific financial or business result?
No. We provide practical recommendations based on our experience and the information you share. Results depend on your business, market, decisions, and implementation. Our goal is to help you make clearer, better-informed decisions and avoid unnecessary trial and error.
