THANK YOU for sponsoring the K&G Jamboree!  The ultimate hands-on laser crafting event! This 3-day immersive experience is happening May 15th – 17th, 2026, right here at the Kim and Garrett Workshop in Glen Allen Va. 

More about workshops:  each workshop will rotate throughout one day of the event.  Each workshop will be held only on one day of the event, either Day 1 - Friday or Day 2 - Saturday.  You will be able to network and/or participate in other workshops during the alternate day.

🎟️ 3 Levels of Sponsorship:

✅ The Industry Titan | $1,500 This is our Head Counselor spot

• You get a primary shop floor "Action Station" with a private room. 
• You’ll lead a 45-minute technical masterclass using your/our equipment for all 75 attendees in rotating groups of 8-10. 
• This tier also includes a dedicated YouTube feature video on our main channel, an individual social media spotlight, and an exclusive solo email blast to our full subscriber list. 
  

✅ The Supply Leader | $850

• The Supply Leaders provide the "craft cabin" materials. 
• You’ll lead a 45-minute technical masterclass using your/our equipment for all 75 attendees in rotating groups of 8-10.
• You get a premium camp workspace in a high-traffic zone
• Featured segment in the Jamboree highlight video, an individual partner spotlight post on our social platforms, and your logo on all event signage and shirts.

✅ The Jamboree Partner | $600 

• This is for the brands that keep the camp running.
• Your products will be integrated into the either the “Camper Gear” or demo stations throughout the weekend.
• It includes a standard camp workspace
• A group vendor reveal social post, and a listing in the official digital program.

Hands-On Brand Integration:  At our camp, nobody sits on the sidelines. We are requiring our sponsorship partners to provide enough product for a dedicated hands-on session for all 75 attendees. This ensures every maker walks away with a finished project and a "win" using your gear!
