How do I download my SVGs after purchase?
After you purchase an SVG from Kim and Garrett Make It! you should receive an email with all SVG files attached. If you're having trouble accessing your SVG files feel free to reach out to our support team through our contact page or email.
What do we do at Kim and Garrett Make It?
We’re all about helping you unleash your creativity! Whether you're joining one of our paint workshops, grabbing a DIY kit, or watching our YouTube tutorials, we make it easy and fun to create something you're proud to show off. We believe crafting should be joyful, judgment-free, and full of sawdust and laughter.
Can I sell items I make using your SVG designs?
Yes, absolutely! We love seeing makers turn their creativity into income. You’re welcome to sell physical items you create using our SVGs—just please don’t resell or distribute the digital files themselves.
Do I need experience to attend a workshop?
Not at all! We welcome everyone—from total beginners to seasoned DIYers. Our workshops are designed to be fun, relaxed, and supportive. You just need to show up, trust the process, and be ready to laugh and create something awesome.
Where are we located and when are we open?
You can find us at 8683 Telegraph Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060. We’re open:
Monday to Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 9 PM
Sunday: 12 PM – 6 PM

How do we schedule a class for a group of friends or girlfriends?
We love hosting group workshops—it’s one of our favorite ways to help people make memories while making something awesome! If you’re planning a girls’ night, birthday celebration, or just a fun outing with friends, reach out to us directly through our website or give us a call. We’ll help you pick the perfect project, set a date, and make sure your group has a blast. We’ve got the paint, the playlist, and probably snacks too!
