The horizontal frame has a convenient right-side sliding channel and keyhole wall-mounting cutouts. Make your frame, print an insert onto a suitable panel, and slide it into place. No rebuilding the frame every time!

• Materials used in our example: 1/8" MDF and birch plus 1/4" MDF channel spacers

Production note: Check the physical insert cut outline and do a test print/test fit before making a full batch. The nominal artwork dimensions and insert cut outline may not be identical.

Easy-to-Read Laser Files

Red lines indicate cuts; blue indicates scores or placement marks. Review green guides and magenta notes before sending any file to your laser. Adjust settings for your machine and materials.
