💡 Why We Created This Pegboard Rack
During a Master It Tier Patreon call, someone asked if we had a rotating ornament display stand. We didn’t—yet. But we did have a lazy Susan, a pile of ornaments, and a need for a versatile display that could break down flat, rotate on a dime, and hold more than just one product type.

🧠 The Design Process
We started sketching out ideas with basic shapes in Illustrator, using color-coded layers for tabs, slots, holes, and guides. Everything was tested step by step—starting with quick connections, slot spacing, and hook fitment before jumping into full-sized prototypes.
We made a few classic mistakes
🧩 First prototype was too big. Big Sue (our original Lazy Susan) took up half the table
🎯 We had to scale it down, redesign the base, and adjust tab sizing for painted or stained material
🛠️ Then we cut and tested every accessory—hooks, dividers, cubbies, and shelves
The final result is a fully modular, rotating booth display you can cut yourself or buy as a flat-packed kit.
