New Master It Exclusive: The O1 Omni Test Collection

Kimberly VanHuizen |

Hey Make It Mafia! We created a brand-new Master It exclusive file collection inspired by the projects we made while testing the xTool O1 Omni.

In the video, we tested fluorescent ink, soft white ink, Pixel-Scan Vision Positioning, textured magnets, print-and-cut acrylic keychains, lenticular trading cards, tumbler printing, and AI stained glass style prints. Instead of letting those designs live only in the video, we turned them into a fun set of files for you to play with, test, print, and turn into products.

The O1 Omni Test Collection

20 Funny & Snarky Print-Ready Design Files

These files were created for testing full-color product workflows like UV printing, print-and-cut projects, magnets, keychains, canvas items, tumblers, stickers, and small gift products.

What These Files Are For

This collection is made for testing, experimenting, and building product ideas without starting from a blank screen. Because nothing kills momentum faster than opening a blank artboard and suddenly forgetting every idea you have ever had.

Use these files to test:

  • UV printed magnets
  • Acrylic print-and-cut keychains
  • Canvas prints and canvas bags
  • Tumblers and drinkware samples
  • Textured UV prints
  • Sticker-style products
  • Small craft show items
  • Funny and snarky gift products
  • Product mockups for your shop or social media

Do You Need an xTool O1 Omni?

Nope. These files were inspired by our xTool O1 Omni testing video, but you do not have to own the O1 Omni to use them.

You can use the designs with other workflows too, depending on your equipment and file setup. They are great for UV printing, sublimation-style product testing, UV DTF, sticker testing, product mockups, or as inspiration for your own laser and print-ready projects.

Product Ideas for This Collection

Here are a few ways you could turn these files into sellable products:

  • Magnets: Great for quick craft show products, funny fridge magnets, and impulse buys.
  • Acrylic keychains: Add an offset cut line and turn the designs into colorful bag tags or keychains.
  • Canvas bags or pouches: Use the designs for small giftable items or branded maker-style products.
  • Tumblers: Test the artwork on drinkware, especially if you are adding color to products you already sell.
  • Small signs: Print the designs on wood, acrylic, MDF, or coated blanks for booth displays or gifts.
  • Sample boards: Use the files to test material, ink behavior, color, texture, adhesion, and finish.

Why We Made This Collection

When you are learning a new machine or testing a new product workflow, the hardest part is often deciding what to make first. These files give you a head start so you can spend less time designing from scratch and more time testing the things that matter.

Things like:

  • Does this material print well?
  • How does the color look?
  • Does the design need a white layer?
  • Would texture make this better?
  • Can I cut this into a keychain or ornament?
  • Would this sell at a craft show?
  • Can I turn this into a repeatable product?

Suggested Testing Workflow

  1. Pick one design from the collection.
  2. Choose one product type, such as a magnet, keychain, canvas item, or tumbler.
  3. Print one test piece first.
  4. Check color, alignment, ink coverage, and finish.
  5. Adjust your settings or sizing if needed.
  6. Then batch a few more once the test looks good.

Translation: sacrifice one blank to the maker gods before you burn through a whole pile. We have all learned that lesson the expensive way.
