THANK YOU for sponsoring the K&G Jamboree!  The ultimate hands-on laser crafting event! This 3-day immersive experience is happening June 6th – 8th, 2025, right here at the Kim and Garrett Workshop in Glen Allen Va. 

More about workshops:  each workshop will rotate throughout one day of the event.  We will host each workshop each hour.  Participants will select the workshop and hour they would like to participate.  Each workshop will be held only on one day of the event, either Day 1 - Friday or Day 2 - Saturday.  You will be able to network and/or participate in other workshops during the alternate day.

🎟️ 3 Levels of Sponsorship:

✅ Make It! Sponsor  –

  • You will host a workshop station/hands on class!  You will provide the product for up to 100 make & takes. 
  • Your product or tool will be showcased at a workshop station, highlighting its features, functions and capabilities. 
  • You may choose to host the session or have one of our team members host for you.  
  • Your company will be featured and showcased as a Jamboree sponsor during our live YT events and YT recorded videos until the event, we will also feature your logo on our event website and materials. 
  • You will also supply sample product for our first ever laser loot box subscription service (80 boxes) which will be provided to each attendee.


✅ Build It! Sponsor –

  • You will supply product only for 100 make & take workshop sessions.  We will utilize your product to highlight features and functions of a tool or process.  
  • Your company will be featured and mentioned as a Jamboree sponsor during our live YT events and YT recorded videos until the event, we will also feature your logo on our event website and materials. 
  • You will also supply sample product for our first ever laser loot box subscription service (80 boxes) which will be provided to each attendee.
